My journey began with a personal struggle – I was always mixing colors to find the perfect shade, which highlighted a significant gap in the beauty industry. Determined to address this, I launched Lip N Pour in 2017 to offer custom blend lipsticks and glosses, allowing everyone to create their ideal lip color.
As the first black-owned custom blend studio in Charlotte, NC, Lip N Pour quickly gained popularity. We've expanded with the Lip N Pour Mobile Studio, bringing personalized beauty experiences directly to our customers.
To further share my passion and expertise, I founded LNP Academy, where I teach aspiring beauty professionals the art of custom blending. My goal is to empower others to overcome the same challenges I faced and inspire them to create their unique beauty.

When does the courses start?
Enrollment/Registration opens up on January 13, 2025. This 4-week ONLINE course will begin on January 27, 2025 at 8AM EST. Trainings will be released on the same day and will be dripped WEEKLY to prevent you skipping lessons. One module per week.
Who is this course a good fit for?
Anyone wanting to learn how to make custom blended lipstick and lipgloss.
How long does it take to complete the course?
The time it takes to complete the course varies from student to student. Since this is a self-paced course, the amount of time it'll take you to complete the course is solely based upon the amount of time you invest each day/week to complete the course.
Do I have to show up at a specific time for class?
No, you do not have to login to your training at a specific time each day. However, I do expect you to dedicate at least 3-5 hours per week to this training (less than a part-time job). Modules are automatically released every Monday at 8am. You will receive an email notification letting you know that you may login and access the current week's module.
How long do I have access to LNP Academy?
You will have 6 months to access any course that you take within LNP Academy.
What if I miss this registration when is the next one?
Trainings are not scheduled in advance. I only launch a training when I know that I can dedicate 4-weeks straight to my students, since I'm running our corporate location and mobile unit alongside this training course. Once class is full, you will know by clicking on the payment link. A message will appear letting you know that registration has closed.
Do we go through the course alone? What if we have questions?
No, you will NOT be going through the training alone. You will be receiving LIVE weekly group coaching with me until the training ends. You will have access to all of the curriculum, recorded trainings, and AMAZING bonuses.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
Since this is a knowledge-based course and knowledge CANNOT be reversed once learned, this course is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.

It would be illegal and unethical for me to guarantee your success. Your work ethic will determine your success.
What if I live outside of USA, can I still join?
Yes. If you live outside of USA, you are able to take the course. It is an additional fee for shipping the kit outside of USA.
