My journey began with a personal struggle – I was always mixing colors to find the perfect shade, which highlighted a significant gap in the beauty industry. Determined to address this, I launched Lip N Pour in 2017 to offer custom blend lipsticks and glosses, allowing everyone to create their ideal lip color.
As the first black-owned custom blend studio in Charlotte, NC, Lip N Pour quickly gained popularity. We've expanded with the Lip N Pour Mobile Studio, bringing personalized beauty experiences directly to our customers.
To further share my passion and expertise, I founded LNP Academy, where I teach aspiring beauty professionals the art of custom blending. My goal is to empower others to overcome the same challenges I faced and inspire them to create their unique beauty.

When does the courses start?
Enrollment/Registration opens up throughout the year. This is 4hr ONLINE course with a live instructor. Trainings will be released on first come first served basis.

How long does it take to complete the course?
This is a 4-hour live, instructor-led experience hosted via Zoom, where you’ll be guided in real time through creating your own custom products from start to finish. By the end of the session, you’ll have the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience to recreate your blends with ease.
What’s all included in the kit?
We offer the following: 1oz bottles of 15 pigments, 1oz jars of 4 shimmers, 30ml bottles of 2 scents, 5 Creme lipstick base, 5 Matte lipstick base, 10 Liquid Matte lipstick base, 10 Butter Glaze base, 25 lipstick tubes, 30 lipgloss tubes, 1 LNP Blending Calibrator Board, 1 spatula, 1 lipstick mold, 1 lipstick release, Disposable Cups, 1 pack of lip applicators. Do I have to show up at a specific time for class?
This is a private, one-on-one training experience, so there is no need to log in daily. Each session is scheduled individually to ensure you receive focused, personalized guidance. We recommend setting aside uninterrupted time for your session so you can fully engage in the experience. All training details and access will be provided once your payment has been completed.
How long do I have access to LNP Academy?
You will have 6 months to access any course that you take within LNP Academy.
What if I miss this registration when is the next one?
All trainings are offered on a case-by-case basis, as this is an exclusive, one-on-one experience designed to provide you with personalized attention and guidance. Trainings are not scheduled in advance. I only launch a training when I know that I can dedicate ample time to my students, since I'm running our corporate location alongside this training course. Once class is full, you will know by clicking on the payment link. A message will appear letting you know that registration has closed.
Do we go through the course alone? What if we have questions?
No, you will not be going through this training alone. You’ll have access to our support team and admins throughout your journey to guide you, answer questions, and ensure you feel confident every step of the way.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
Since this is a knowledge-based course and knowledge CANNOT be reversed once learned, this course is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions.

It would be illegal and unethical for me to guarantee your success. Your work ethic will determine your success.
What if I live outside of USA, can I still join?
Yes. If you live outside of USA, you are able to take the course. It is an additional fee for shipping the kit outside of USA.
Do you offer payment plans for the course?
Yes! We offer flexible payment plans to make the Custom Blend Bootcamp more accessible. You can choose to pay in full or split your investment into 3 or 4 monthly payments with Sezzle or Shop Pay Installments. During enrollment, you’ll see all available payment options and can select the one that works best for you. We have no control if you are approved or not.
