What is Lip N Pour Virtual?
Lip N Pour is a fun cosmetic experience for anyone interested in creating their lip products! We offer a variety of lip bases, pigments, frosts, and scents - you are literally creating your lippie from scratch from the comfort of your home.
Are Lip N Pour lip products cruelty and vegan-free?
Yes and yes! All of the products we manufacture are vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, gluten-free, non-comedogenic, and phthalates-free. We craft our products with care, using a globally-compliant formula that's good for you and our furry friends.
How long is a Lip N Pour virtual workshop?
Workshops last up to an 1 hour in which each person makes 1 lip product.
Can I return my product?
Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.
Can I book anytime to make a product?
We have virtual workshops on a daily schedule - please select a session that interests you, reserve and pay online. Pre-registration and a kit is required for all virtual events. Once paid, you will receive a google link dedicated for your specific appointment.
What are the different bases I can choose from?
Liquid Matte Base: Luxurious liquid formula glides on smoothly, delivering full-coverage. This base is not completely kiss-proof but extremely seductive. It has a matte finish without any of the drying side effects.
Lip Polish: Non-sticky, high shine "balm-like" lip gloss with all natural plant waxes, such as, ozokerite, green tea, and Vitamin E.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. The shipping cost is dependent upon the carriers and destination.
Can my friends come and watch me make my product?
Since this is done virtuallly, anyone is able to watch virtually. Every person in attendance is required to have a kit and be ready to mix at the start of the event.
Does Lip N Pour have an age limit?
Since you are in the comfort of your home, it's at your discretion. As long as you can mix, you should be fine.
What time should I arrive?
Arriving 10 minutes early is recommended to get uncorked and in your seat and enjoy! We expect all guests to arrive NO LESS THAN 10 minutes prior to the start of the session. Guests arriving after the grade period of 5 mintues, will not be able to attend. No credit/refunds for late arrivals.
What are the shimmers and can I add shimmer to my lipstick?
Unfortunately, no. Shimmers are only used for lip glosses. Shimmers give your product more so of a glistening effect, rather than a glitter effect. Depending on the shimmer, it will alter your original lip color.
Can Lip N Pour match a discontinued lipstick?
Absolutely! The only thing we can’t match are shades with glitter or frost. For a more accurate match, we recommend sending us an email so we can make sure you have the correct shades in your kit.
My kit didn't come in the mail, can I still attend the virtual workshop.
Unfortunately no. If your kit is not scheduled to arrive by the time of your event, then you will need to reschedule. We allow you to reschedule within 30 days of the original reservation date if your kit is not scheduled to be delivered. If you are unable to reschedule, we will provide store credit - a gift card equivalent to the total amount paid of the original order.
